Ring of Fire Science Company

Ring of Fire Science is a family business that Tom and Myrna started with their son Brett in 1998. We named our company Ring of Fire Science, which surrounds the Pacific Ocean. Teachers and students like our books because they are easy to use.

 Today our activity-based Earth Science Program now includes printed books,  ebooks, and videos that are sold worldwide.

Myrna developed and wrote all the activity-based Earth Science books published by Ring of Fire Science. She was a science consultant and conducted workshops throughout the country for over 20 years.

We print and bind all of our science books, so they include up-to-date information about our planet. All of our books are spiral-bound, so they lay flat while students are studying. Our printed books and ebooks contain the same information.

Myrna revised many of the books in 2022. The ebooks are all on PDF files because of the beautiful photographs throughout the book. We use PDF files because they can be read on smart phones, tablets, laptops, and desk top computers.

Myrna taught school for over 30 years before retiring and starting Ring of Fire Science with her family. Her books always include an activity in every chapter, just like she did when she was teaching. Earth Science in public schools.

Myrna is a former elementary science and middle school science teacher. She taught school for over thirty-five years. After retiring she began writing her activity-based earth science books.
Cambridge Who’s Who named her the 2007 Professional of the Year for the Science Textbook Publishing Industry.
